Bowen Therapy
Gentle, hands-on, soft tissue remedial therapy suitable for all ages. Working with the person as a whole to facilitate change, Bowen can be useful for a wide range of concerns physical and/or emotional. Chronic or acute issues may be addressed. Bowen can be administered through light clothing and whilst laying on a couch, sitting or standing.

*Please note that it is obligatory for a parent or guardian of a child under 16 years of age to seek conventional medical help for that child should they require it. A signed consent form will be required prior to treatment of a minor and a parent or guardian must be present at all times during the treatment. A session for newborn to 14 years will normally be 15 to 30 minutes, however a free 30 minute telephone consultation will be provided prior to the first session.
Clinical Reflexology (including Facial Reflexology)
Therapeutic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of feet (or face and hands) correspond with areas of the body. Pressure is applied to these points to reduce stress and aid wellbeing.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage
A specialised and measurable form of reflexology, it focusses on stimulating lymphatic reflexes on the feet (or hands) to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. Useful for secondary lymphoedema, generalised oedema and more.

Clinical Aromatherapy Massage
A fully bespoke service. After a full FREE consultation, a number of individual essential oils (from a range of over 80!) and fixed/carrier oils will be selected and blended for your specific needs, and applied through a tailored massage. You will be fully involved in the consultation process and treatment plan.

Clinical Aromatherapy And Pregnancy
Fully bespoke service. I have undertaken specific, additional training in order to work safely with pure essential oils, fixed carrier oils and massage, throughout your pregnancy and post natal. You are fully involved in the FREE consultation process and treatment plan.

Clinical Aromatherapy – Prescriptive
Following a thorough, FREE, consultation a unique treatment plan will be made & individual essential oils will be selected & blended for you in a recommended medium based on your needs & with your lifestyle taken into account so you receive the most appropriate product for you. The medium chosen may be hand cream, face mask, inhaler stick, lip balm, hand wash etc. Please contact me for further information.
